Looking at both Templar and Shamrock, you'd think the Forum play is about dead and gone. I can't say for certain that's the case, but the market does provide many cues as to what is happening. I've heard that some attempts are underway to bring in a new operator so we'll see how that develops. Keep the faith my friend.
