<I'm afraid that's my last question here, as I've just finished reading an afternoon-ful of posts here, concluding with Jill's resignation, which has been greeted with silence.>

I sincerely hope that you and Jill will continue to post, and not turn tail because of what seems to be a generational misunderstanding. As one of the few women who just stopped lurking yesterday, I would be dismayed to see you or Jill resign yourself to exile. It was Jill's post about the MSFT ruling that prompted me to jump in here. I've also noted that you've received a warm response from so many members of the thread after your personal post yesterday. As one or another of the contributors to the thread has said. "Let's move on." Nothing will change if you both leave.
