Jmac, you and a large gaggle of other MSFT Minons just dont get it. Jackson called a spade a spade! Except for the investors like you that had your heads so far up Gate's dark chasm to see the reality of the situation, the majority of the industry knew that MSFT was clearly in the wrong.

So you are correct in one sense JMAC - Jackson's findings were extreme - what else could they be - they were justified and reflected the obvious evidence presented to him! Even MSFT with its millions of dollars and armada of high priced top lawyers could not hide the obvious truth. The findings might have been extreme but because he called a spade a spade.

So why dont you and the other MSFT minions just take the ruling like an adult - not like a bunch of children that lash and blame everyone else but yourselves. I would guess you are a MSFT stock-holder that was not smart enough to protect your portfolio from the risk of this likely outcome. In fact, your last posting stated clearly that you knew Jackson's findings were not going to be favorable to MSFT or its stockholders. SO!! Why didnt you divest yourself from the stock if you knew full well the outcome?

Stop making it sound like there is a conspiracy against MSFT from the industry, the government, the democrats, aliens from outerspace, or whomever you can lay blame on. The outcome that happened was a natural and fair result based on the evidence provided by both sides. The big problem is - your poor investment decision to hold a stock when you knew full well the obvious Jackson findings (your own words).

One would think that objective discussions and energies should be put toward discussing what possible remedies and next steps might occur based on the Jackson findings. This would be more valuable to most on this board. Of course I dont expect this board to focus on this activity - there is a lot of spilled milk to cry over for the next while.

What a bunch of CRY-BABIES on this board.
