If I can get Tom to meet me after the presentation, I will be glad to ask him those questions... and many more from my list of questionnaires. However, I doubt it that these issues will be bring up during the presentation.

These brokers are new to ECNC, perhaps they have heard of Tom or ECNC, but most of them probably are there to listen and see eConnect products for the very first time. It is a sale presentation, and tom is doing all he can to impress these brokers; therefore, it is not in the best interest of ECNC or the shareholders for me to bring up these issues during the presentation. As much as I have been critical about Tom and his management, I know when to raise questions, and when to be quiet.

I will be there as an observant. I will bring facts and my impression of the brokers presentation back to the thread. Of cousre, I will also share with you my 2 cents opinion if you care to listen.
