In defense of Jeffry and Bargainman, if you don't know anything about the company and just think it is a shell looking to get out of mining you could easily jump to the wrong conclusion. Many Canadian and NASDAQ shells have been scams in the past and it has made many investors both very cautious and pessimistic. Often these investors think they are helping out by warning people. However I think any investor that sits down and does a thorough overview of JDX will come to the same conclusion.
