I just wanted to say how much i enjoy this thread (just joined SI because of it.) It is now my favorite internet haunt! I stumbled on it a few months ago after seeing the word gorilla. After buying emc in 1992, my investment goal has been to find more investments with similar long term returns and I always thought of emc as the 600 pound gorilla of storage. I bought some qcom in March. If i had ran across this thread at that time, I know i would have added more shares by now. Now that I've found it, I plan to pick most of my investments from the ones talked about on this site. JDSU will soon be part of my portfolio as they bought ocli that i also picked up in March. Thanks to all for the great posts and insight shared here!
