I'll give it a stab: 1) One that I know of right now (a startup, in beta testing so expect more by year end and into first quarter as main product goes online) which is JVC for the Rogel secure email. 2) For sale to whom? Like Microsoft Windows? I don't think so....proprietary for servicing accounts, not for sale to others as far as I know....but we will act as a processor for others using our software. Just my read based on following this company for 6+ months. 3) As far as I know the SEC had no questions and the late filing are a moot point. Current now and unaware of any problems with the SEC. 4) No lawsuit....possibility of future lawsuit exists as the controversy b/t ECNC and the Canadians is NOT resolved as far as I know. Not sure how it will go....expect it will be settled myself. 5) You probably worked for an established business...this is a startup. Why commit when you are unproven? 6) manny reported 16 ECNC employees as I recall... including consultants. See my DD Directory post for more on this. Hope that helps.
