I wish you all nothing but the best. poet, i hope that wasn't good bye. most folks spend their entire life trying to find a winning team. this is it. we are there. this is a kick "A" team. a "player" hopes to get on a team like this. i cannot imagine quitting the superbowl winner. on a winning team, there is room for individual personalities, but not much. all effort is directed towards the team's continued success. i was invited over here several times by stan to talk about rmbs. then again by others to explain cree. in the process i bookmarked the thread and became addicted. in my first career, i thrived on confrontation. my goal now is to enjoy my successes, but above all to have a nice day and hang around folks that have a common winning goal. yes, i like winners. i get my share of crappy pm's...so what? i am not afraid of making mistakes. my goal is to contribute to the team win. i respect and defended your right to dance in the endzone after the touchdown. it is appropriately imo a team dance. but it may not be overdone because in the big leagues you will be penalized for delay of game. that was straight life's simple message as i understood it. the message from mike buckley and uncle frank is clear to me. brief exuberance will be tolerated. you are guilty of that. behavior destructive to the team will not be tolerated. if you quit, you will be guilty of that. the coach would say dump your losers, stroke your winners. this is a winner. unclewest ps. jill and anyone else that has a bit of a chip, it is very important to understand the coaches roles in developing a winning team. we have the greatest coaches. may i suggest, put your egos aside and play for the team. that is all the coach asked for. do you really expect to find a better coach? or a better team?
