R Kalb, you're dead on. Isn't it fitting that the Feds would try ruin what little substance supports the government induced tech bubble? The "tech story" is so much a part of why the US is "such a wonderful place to invest in."

Sometimes do a survey of tech stocks and am constistently amazed. AOL, now capitalized at $150 billion dollars, is a good example.

marketguide.com

There are 1.2 billion shares of AOL outstanding, five for every man woman and child in the U.S. (with those five shares valued at $750). So the "market" thinks that AOL will make $3000 plus per family of four, plus interest, from every family of four in the United States going forward. (Incidentally, the ISP industry is rapidly moving toward free Internet Access).
