DLJ has been trying to get MDTK for a while- they forsee a lot of fees generated by MDTK. Individuals in MDTK had a prior relationship with MDTK,- looks real good,much more potential than sutro. The IPA deal will generate an est. 10 mil a year (just for mdtk)- so deal is no brainer. Also the software e-med bought from them will help them to get other clients- software is supposedly very valuable and needed.Remember software are the main assets of any co. in this bus. Just to give you background - go into Wit capital web site (research) and check out connectivity cos.- there are non with internet software as deep as MDTK. Healtheon is huge mkt cap but as of yet do not have the software to service their clients. Once MDTK gets the mkt to acknowledge them- away we go to the races! MDTK has a great bus plan- ex.-clients- they have a pharmacy co, a medical equipment co., now the best security encrption, & drug managmentetc. I am impatient as anyone to see stock go up but you have to give credit to this managament by John Andrews - he knows what needs to be done to lead in this pioneer territory.
