Geez, Frank, it is Republicans like Bob Novak on Capitol Gang who thought the decision was TERRIBLE, and it was Mark Shields (with whom I almost NEVER agree) and the other liberals on the panel who thought the decision was marvelous. Do you really think this decision, by a conservative judge, appointed by President Reagan, is going to give the Republicans an advantage, because it was bad?.... I lose the logic somehow.. tso
