Art, I HOPE you're correct in your interpretation, because this is my understanding also. It is highly unlikely that any appeals court would overturn findings of fact -- and I would be surprised to even see MSFT try. Knowing how difficult it is to disput findings of fact probably is why MSFT appeared so anxious to settle right after the findings were released....imho. tso
