Tradesman,

Wall street will keep supporting and his stock not because
MSFT is not guilty and will given proper sentencing but because there are so many lazy a** fund managers have money
poured there. They will also bring the argument with all sorts of speculative crap to keep Joe the six packs to
hold the stock (bag)
for a long time while they keep selling off.
But thanks to internet (thanks to AOL) now those six packs are getting much more smart and suavy and they may be smart enough to move out.
I think Bill boys DLL monopoly is over. If that happens
all the OEMs will start flexing their muzzle. INTC will start flexing its muzzle. AOL's Netscape navigator will
get a new life. All ISPs may start moving away from IE provided AOL allows them to customize netscape browser.
MSFT stock will go a slow decline for next few months.
In the short term, MSFT's put options may be assigned (MSFT made close 2 billion dollar in selling their own put -which
is nothing but SEC allowed stock manipulation by Microsoft.)

Once stock price starts declining, retaining good talent will become increasingly a challenge for MSFT. It will take a few quarters to see any dent on MSFT's bottom line being affected.

For AOL it will be a great opportunity as the case will keep
MSFT is flux and hence a crucial time for AOL to keep advancing and enlarging its hold.

All JMHO.

How many of you have read Judge Jackson's FOF?

It is a very good place to learn about MSFT's all illegal
business tactics.
