Here's an excerpt from a message I posted on the Raging Bull site: ragingbull.com ...Here's what I'm wondering (purely conjecture on my part): Is it possible TiS's shares (and possibly warrants) were hyped by the tout shop in Florida. If so is it possible somebody sold their shares (warrants?) at that point, thus making a nice profit and dumping what they had on an unsuspecting buyer? I could go on with what may have happened and how that might explain management's attitude about current warrant holders. But I'll hold off until I can take a look at the timing of things. If it turns out that the timing of things looks suspicious I'm going to dump what I've found into the lap of the SEC. Let the SEC figure out what's going on.
