Brian, for goodness sake..... Netflyer made the point that a consumer who wants ONE product is forced to buy another. The Judge has made a Finding of Fact that this was indeed the case. Microsoft has not disputed that this was indeed the case. Virtually all observers of the case agree that this fact is NOT in dispute. Why are you having such a difficulty absorbing that this occurred. If you want to say that's all right with you, fine.... But MOST of us, and those who are charged with defending the free enterprise system, think that this is NOT ok, and we have laws that prohibit that.....just as we have laws against rape, pillage and plunder. In this case the judge has said that "rape, pillage and plunder" have occurred. Now if that is fine with you, great....let us go our way in peace. As for the rest of us, just as with REAL rape, pillage and plunder, we would prefer that Microsoft be required to adhere to the law.....if that is alright with you..
