:o) Good point you have.
Put bluntly, what I saying is Hirschfield seems to file prior to a runup. At which point he sells. He just filed. We should buy.
8 Dec he filed a sale of up to 200,000... He sells...20K @ $10.25...20K @ $12...50K @ $17...20K @ $19.6...10K @ $18.50...40K @ $18.85...90K @ $24.50...all within 1 month.
8 Jan he files to sell 200,000... He sells...200K @ $35...250K @ $39...this time, inside 1 week
12 Jan he files to sell 350,000... He sells...50K @ $34.70...50K @ $31.25...75K @ 28.3...again, w/in 1 week
The numbers may not add up, maybe due to previous filings to sell which I don't have. Regardless, his timing/execution is impeccable, considering the run up of the price from ~$10, to the year high $46, in that time.
He filed to sell up to 300,000 shares as of 11 November (how'd he do that), this coming Thursday. You guess the rest.
I'm not saying it's a gimme, but past history says that he's pretty good at catching the momentum... |
