I think the main difference arises from you believing that the judge was fair and unbiased. I dispute the impartiality of the judge. The DOJ will be the DOJ that is a whole different matter. You write: In this case the judge has said that "rape, pillage and plunder" have occurred. Now if that is fine with you, great....let us go our way in peace. The rape, pillage and plunder that is occuring is against MSFT, free markets, and American capitalism... courtesy of Judge PJ and the DOJ.
