Recommendation to OpsHEDS and heads-up to FieldOPS Due to the incredible success of operation "ubliminalSay ansmissionTray" recommend stand-down in order to take what those outside of MM-Ops call a "market breather". Results from the latest operation were greater than expected, and thus the transmission matrix #1 (begin encryption) Arecibo Transmitter Facility (end encryption) is falling under the eyes of regulatory agencies (not to mention overheating!). Direct transmission to OpsHEDS has been re-routed to the black mailbox, and emergency communication may be achieved via "JOE SMITH" at the Mojave Phonebooth.
