Joe, The court settlement I'm referring to pertains to the Wood Products Division that was sold to Jim Hughes (the founder of the company). Shortly after selling it to him we found out he filed bankruptcy. So the creditor filed suit to try to collect from PRTI. I believe that the creditor is now going to work with Jim Hughes and give him more time in which to repay the loan. At least thats my understanding. Anyway I think that this hearing should put a close to that matter so everything else can happen. I'm sure that after this the accountants will be busier than a one armed paper hanger finishing the financials! Mike
