I haven't called investor relations, but from experience, the sale generally happens within 2-3 weeks from notification. I tried to time the DITC bottom and found that it dipped several points lower than my "dilution equation" predicted. I guess it will depend on how fast the stock is sold. If sold in a smaller window, then the supply/demand equation will get bent beyond recognition... add on a little investor nervousness and the stock could plunge as people think the sky is falling;-)

I'm a firm believer that there's a ton of money to made just trading secondary offerings!
