elmatador, You may be right that its one of the waves of the future. While checking out similar sites, there is a live expert service already in operation called ExpertCentral.com (http://www.expercentral.com) that offers query, search and assistance capability through contact with experts in various fields and which includes among its Board of Directors such people as Havard Business School's Clayton Christensen (the guru of Disruptive Technologies). Their basic function is to "help people with questions connect with experts who have the answers", and they apparently have attracted quite a pool of experts. Their operating procedures have some orderly way of transitioning from free top level help to fee-based assistance for more extensive matters. It is my impression they became operational within the last month or so. Steve
