Frank: Yes this is a direct assault on the right of private property and capitalism by extension. It is like the French Revolution or the Bolshevik revolt. MSFT (the czar/King) is found guilty and now the citizens - comrades are looking around to denounce anything that looks like MSFT in their own industry. That is why QCOM,INTC,and the other Usual Suspects are being hammered - they are dominant and they are successful. But one day the American public will wake up and discover that Communism has been defeated and is not a viable system. JFD
