I believe he had a vendetta against MSFT alll along and this only intensified when they successfully had him overturned. Make the fact finding so one-sided was his revenge. He is trying to ensure his verdict will stand this time. I still feel the appeals courts will overturn him--maybe even some take out their frusterations with his lack of respect for their findings about integration.

Unfortunately, MSFT might want to settle to support the share price.

You are right---he is a loose cannon, not suitable for being a judge.
