Bull, FGH

Appreciate your efforts in establishing an FGH (Friede Goldman Halter, International) message board on SI, however; it is difficult to retrieve. You might ask the Webmaster to make it available by just entering the symbol FGH in the Search 'BOX'. Currently, the only way to get to it is by linking: Subject 31617

Also, you must have noticed that YAHOO and others have treated FGH like it is just a symbol change from FGI. Charts, Analysts Ratings, Research and other technical & fundamental data are erroneous. eg. quote.yahoo.com

Stockholders Equity (SE) a/o 6/30/99 was $102.8m and $166.9m for FGI and HLX, respectively. In terms of SE, employees and other criteria FGH (Friede Goldman Halter, Inc) is 2 or 3 times larger company than the former FGI (Friede Goldman, International). The approximate number of FGH shares Outstanding is 39.8m.

I attempted to set up an FGH message board on YAHOO; but it got screwed up and they deleted the old HLX message board and replaced it with a new one with HLX as the symbol instead of FGH. I pointed this out in an E-Mail over the weekend and they indicated action would be taken.

I still think the NEW company is grossly undervalued and I am sure as investors (including mutual funds and institutions) become more knowledgeable of current fundamentals and potential, market valuation appreciation will follow. In the meantime, I am holding 70 to 80% of my shares for the long haul and trading the remainder due to the volatile nature of the issue.

Good luck
