TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE Ñ the following steps will take you right to
the conference:
1. On the day of the event, Go to www.envoyglobal.com
2. Click on the link below the picture of the man which says, "take me right to conference
room" or go directly to: placeware1.egivcc.com
2. On that page, Enter:
Your Name:
Conference Name: elottery
Conference Password: elot
3. Please make your connection 15 minutes before the start of the event.
4. Relax while the console for the Presentation loads.
6. To listen to the audio portion of the event, call (888) 262-3042

PRE-CONFERENCE PROCEDURES Ñ Take a minute now to test the PC that will
be used to attend the conference. This process will ensure a satisfying
Internet Conference experience. It is very important that you test your

3. Click on the "Guest Support" link
4. You will want to test for PlaceWare Compatibility on that new page.
On the bottom, right hand side of that new page, click on the link that
says, "go directly to a test room"
5. If you see the cycling slide show, your test is successful
