CellStar Names New Chief Financial Officer CARROLLTON, Texas, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- CellStar Corporation (Nasdaq: CLST) today announced that it has named Austin P. Young senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Prior to joining CellStar, Mr. Young served as a director and executive vice president - finance and administration of Metamor Worldwide, Inc. from September 1996 until November 1998. He was also senior vice president and chief financial officer of American General Corporation from 1989 to 1996. Prior to joining American General Corporation in 1987, Mr. Young was a partner with KPMG Peat Marwick where his career spanned 22 years.
