Hi Randy,
Probably that's only a matter of different definitions of the
same but misleading term desert sand properties. But if you
define desert sand properties as those that don't fire assay
(I presume you mean standard fire assay) -- then Maxam, DELGF
and maybe a few more more should not be included there.

Since the Bre-X event, no one can easily tell anything is definetly
scam or not now. But DELGF used two independent labs Mountain
States and Jacobs with registered assayers to verify their results.
They will also use more reputable consultants for verification
in all of their procedures -- we just have to wait and see.

Ron also said in his recent newsletter << An associate of mine, Mr. Miltimore visited the Delgratia site and met Mr. Ager on Thursday. I had a lenghty discussion with Mr. Miltimore on how
his visit went and would like to report from our discussion that the
management is perceived as honest and genuine..... I would be quite agressive under $10 and pick up positions any where between $10 and $15>>, so both CL and Ron believe in the DELGF's honesty and
Ron still considers the stock a good buy.

In yesterday's Jay Taylor phone hotline message, Jay said he believed
in the DELGF story and he also recommended buying the stock
at $8 or more.

There is a Chinese saying,"Real gold is not afraid of smelter's fire"
-- meaning that gold will remain as gold no matter how you smelter it.
Let the fire of criticism, disbelief and accusation fall on DELGF,
we will soon see whether there are real gold remaining there.
