GOJO----> Best in show at Linux expo:

Friday August 13, 9:29 am Eastern Time

Company Press Release

GraphOn Named LinuxWorld Show Favorite

Show Attendees Pick the Best Products

CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 13, 1999--GraphOn Corporation (www.graphon.com; OTC BB:GOJO - news), a leading provider of thin,
server-based connectivity software, was named one of the best companies distributing communications products for Linux by attendees at this week's LinuxWorld
Conference & Expo trade show.

Attendees cast their ballots using web-based kiosks on the show floor to select their favorites in various categories.

GraphOn's thin, server-based software products, GO-Joe(tm), GO-Global(tm), and GO-Between(tm) deliver business-critical UNIX® and Linux applications over
the Internet and dial-up connections unchanged to PCs , Java-enabled devices and browsers, and Windows-based Terminals.

Utilizing GraphOn's thin wire RapidX protocol, application processing is done on the server, graphics are displayed at the desktop, and only a tiny applet or native
Windows client less than 100k is required on the desktop.

''Being named a show favorite is a tremendous honor,'' said Dean Prelazzi, Director of Strategic Marketing at GraphOn. ''LinuxWorld attendees are the most
knowledgeable about the best Linux products on the market, and we were delighted that they recognize our revolutionary web-enabling technology for delivering
Linux applications to any desktop,'' said Prelazzi.

The Show Favorites awards were sponsored by LinuxWorld magazine. Nick Petreley, editorial director for the magazine presented plaques to representatives of the
winning companies. Petreley said the purpose of the awards is to draw attention to the best Linux distributors and for-Linux programs available.

Earlier this week GraphOn entered into an agreement with AVCOM Technologies, Inc., one of Sun Microsystems' largest U.S. VARs, to license GraphOn's
web-enabling software as an essential element of MyIntranet(SM), part of AVCOM's comprehensive Applications Service Provider (ASP) service and portal,
WebHarbor.com. The company also has strategic partnerships with International Business Machines, Sun Microsystems, Corel Corporation and other companies.
