Another thing to watch out for would be semi wafer capacity. The semi industry has a history of severe over/under capacity in its down/up cycles. We're probably a third to a half way into the current up cycle. With accelerating demands for new products like DVDs, digital cameras, better wireless phones, etc, fabless companies will be affected.

Already, fabless SNDK is building expensive fabs to address capacity problems. So this could happen to Q's chip production biz too, at some point in the near future.
