Vincent,

While I love Pepsi, I think PEP has a slightly higher PE than KO. I think the PE's of these companies are so strong - especially KO, because KO has consistently returned 15% per year for...a long time.

If you got the latest Annual report from PEP, you will see that things aren't as rosey at PEP.

I personally would like to see both stocks trounced - although I own PEP. I would certainly buy more PEP and reenter KO again.
