Given the parameters of the FLAS/PRGY deal, GEEK is probably reasonably priced. The FLAS subscribers are being valued at $491 each and the company as a whole is being valued at 3.14 sales. At $10 1/4 per share, each of the 105,000 GEEK subscribers is being valued at $689 ($72.365 MM divided by 105,000) and the company as a whole is being valued at 3.12 sales (based on an annualized sales rate using the first quarter numbers). GEEK probably deserves some sort of premium to FLAS given that it is almost cash flow neutral.

FWIW, I don't have a position, long or short, in GEEK.
