Tim,

If they do not file soon, there will be many un answered questions,

the company can not afford that with the size of the Chinese deal.

It is certainly their intention to file as per their release,

but the SEC is so backed up now, it will likely take a minimum of three months to satisfy the SEC.............

in the mean time I await the details of the financial impact of the China deal ...............
