I don't think it much matters if I call or not as I'm not the securities commission and don't know what "material change" rules are. It appears to me that Montello is not placing much faith on Star's contract or sale at this time and will probably wait till the PO lands on NetLocate's desk. So for now, can we discuss the merits of AtRoad's system versus our system. Here's a link to that competing system which appears to be exactly what we have but is currently up and running. atroad.com
