Nick, I was watching the FIG numbers and predicted stagflation several months ago on the Chicken Page

The interesting thing is that now leading indicators are pointing down but the FIG is pointing up.

Even that stagflation is mild it is still much more destructive to financial assets than plain inflation.

As to the "colletive wisdom of the markets" AG just forgot that we are in a NEWER ERA <GG> and such thing is passe as markets are only guided by pure mania greed and manipulation.
