Not odd at all...

William, MT has been hit with a TRIPLE whammy in the last year: Pair REIT status abolished by Congress, reduced Medicare $$ to skilled nursing facilities and the bankruptcy of one of MT's lessors (SHG). Throw in rising interest rates making cost of capital more expensive (and thus reducing odds of refinancing debt), and you have a recipe for REIT industry demise. I thought I caught a bounce off $8 and pick up shares at 8.5. Wrong! Now I ahve no choice but to wait until Monday to collect my dividends. Question is, am I risking further paper losses to collect my dividends?

Can't win em all!
