We all have reason to be excited.

All of us long termers are excited by the recent move, and the prospects of going much higher.

Myself, I'm exicted just to be a live. Many of you know of my kidney disease that put me in the hospital last winter and took me out of life for many many months. I once again thank everyone for their prayers and get well messages.

I want to openly share that life is wonderful. I am finally off my chemotherapy and megadoses of steroids. Life is surging through my body. I just finished jumping on my minitrampoline and enjoying the colors of the fall weather.

GUMM investors are going to make a lot of money. I hope it does not destroy anyone's character. As we witness on this thread, among others, money can do this.

One of my associates just purchased 2 million acres of Amazonian jungle (and shorts are wondering where the buying power of the longs are coming from) to save it from slash and burn. Though I no longer practice medicine, I still have in my heart my childhood desire to be a humanitarian.
I am creating the possibility for myself to create small model villages in third world countries that demonstrate healthy living. That is a long time away but that's my dream. In the meantime, I would like to marry and raise a family.

Money is good. It provides for children's education, developing their hobbies and assisting them in wise ways.
Passing money down can be disastrous, passing skills and character down is more important. Its not difficult to determine the kind of upbringing some of the shorts had and how money has destroyed them. I sure hope the gumm investors have created new possibilities in the long term.

Regards,
S.W.
