DocStone, I can understand your frustration, but at some point I think there must be some value here. And that dividend yield is really getting interesting (of course the concern is the continuance of that dividend .... the $64,000 question.)

What else can go wrong for this company. Are the assisted living homes be valued as a right off yet? What are the Hotels worth in a fire sale?

I have not added to my initial position and probably will not until a clear bottom has been put in and the price moves up or there is a total capitulation type day put in. I just don't see this company going bankrupt.

If earnings are going to be only $1 a share and dividends are going to be $0.92 a share, this has got to be coming close to a screaming buy! I was originally going to load up big time at 6, but $5 a share is starting to look like a real possibility.

Could be that many are waiting to get those dividends and then SELL! That may be the time to buy. Watching and waiting.
