JT- I'm on the mid-peninsula. I'm normally routed to one of the MtView or Santa Clara servers when I first log on pre-market. Last week as soon as market opened, QCharts would automatically switch me over to Herndon which was frustrating because I'd miss a moment or four of quotes at the open. So what I've been doing the past few days is immediately Ctrl-Alt-N'ing to a Herndon server pre-market when I first log onto QCharts. This seems to work. I'm no longer re-routed at the open. I have no 'hard evidence' but I suspect there's some connectivity issue at the west coast server farm.
