Not very encouraging if you see this as indicating that 74% of the potential jurors in an private anti-trust action is likely to vote against MSFT. MSFT needs to end the current action on any reasonable basis ASAP. If this matter gets to a final judgment in the district court, the plaintiff's bar will smell blood and MSFT will have private litigants swarming out of the woodwork.
