Gerald, Oh, I see. It's a "bundling" thing. It's only evil when Microsoft does it. Please don't be obtuse. Sun bundles what they own. MSFT doesn't own the PC hardware. What happens if a business wants to buy an Ultra unbundled from Solaris so they can run some hypothetical competitor's operating system, or one they wrote in house? Same answer as above.
