Your statement has no basis in fact and is not the reason why anyone bought XYBR...

if you bought because you
expected to gain value from the announcement that XYBR
and IBM are discussing how much IBM is liable to pay
XYBR for the use of its patents....FORGET IT!!!

Please keep your short hype to yourself...thanks..
