Charles, I expect FIC to be able to stop any injunctive relief that Intel may seek and turn it into a stern chase which will become moot by that time and as a protective measure raise a new corporate entity in the UK to carry on with via parts that are legal. Intel will see this and stop wasting money.
Intel has really thrown down the gantlet and made the mobo makers and chipset makers realize than Intel wants them dead so it can integrate vertically into that market. As the chip market matures and get cheaper that is the only path for Intel to keep those nice double digits going.
