Remember any possible acquisition senario would have to be "friendly" due to # shares held by the board. This is good, as I believe the company to now be accelerating in value. I believe the true NPV will eventually be realized when additional plans are announced and the market completes its interest rate "fit". Higher rates ought to cause disfavor among low growth, low yielding companies. Quality, high growth, low/mid cap companies with no significant debt load, should now become all around attractive as securities investments - you would think. DBC's new LCN business should be relatively immune to the economy's swings, adding a new element of stability to the business. JP
