Joan, There's a company in your back yard that might be an excellent HDTV play. BMC Industries (BMC) makes masks for CRTs. The display device will be one of the major cost drivers for HDTV. In fact, look at the cost of a good computer monitor. The prices have changed very little over the years in contrast to the electronics.
