Haim, it's not a matter of if, but when. However, it looks like clear sailing for the bulls until next year. And I say that fully expecting the Fed to raise rates next Tuesday even though PPI and productivity data should make "New Era" folks get very, very excited about economic nirvana until the well into the next millennium.
