MAIL TO ME FROM O'SHEA!

"It is not a question of getting copies of old SEC filings, we have those. The problem that I have is that the last filings sent to the SEC was the 12/31/94 10Q. Between 1/1/95 and 4/30/95 a number of transactions transpired including my arranging for Chester to own the majority of the stock of MLTI. In April of 1995 the Chester records (appox. 64 boxes) were moved to the offices of MLTI in Fairfield NJ. In about September 1995 they was a subpoena requiring that the records be sent to Mr. Lee Hammrick of Grayling Mich. It is my understanding that they may have been sent back to MLTI. I can not be sure because I was no longer an employee of MLTI at that time. Mlti since closed its' doors and I recently regained control of the shell. A the time that we began to "clean up" Chester there were no reporting requirements. Since then I have tried to find sufficient records to comply. Chester still owns PharmaOnline and will attempt to complete the Probity deal. If it can't we will probably put it into MLTI and find a way for the Chester shareholders to participate. I have gone on RB on several occasions in an attempt to stay in touch with investors but it has gotten out of hand and I have been advised by counsel to stop. Friday night I answered a lot of the questions in Post 19162 and everyone was so busy trying to make something of my every word that they missed it. Be it listed or on the pink sheets Chester is what it is - a holding company that owns PharmaOnline and a Letter of Intent to acquire Probity. As a businessman I will continue to do what I think is right for the Company. Feel free to post this email on RB

Sincerely,

Michael O'Shea"
