Brian, We might start seeing some sympathy towards Microsoft. As long as they keep up a positive public relations approach, they will get more supporters. They are also turning into the underdog in the fight against the court and "big government". Everybody loves an underdog. PR is important to ensure the public does not develop a dislike for the company. If they can achieve this, they don't need to worry about the so called dark cloud hanging over them. They need to blitz in a PR move all around the move.
