Oh, I understand the fundamental differences. I guess my quandary is wondering why a securities crime/violation is not classified as criminal. I mean how is it less offensive than grand theft auto, which is considered criminal. I wonder this because a criminal conviction would carry a far greater sting than a civil injunction brought about against a person, if for nothing more than it's being far more difficult to hide.
