The market is not value rational at this time.

SUNW is trading at 80 times its earnings while its projected growth rate in earnings is 25%. GTW now sports a PE almost equal to DELL despite a growth rate that is about 20% in revenue and maybe 30% in earnings.
Of course, CPQ PE is virtually non existent except as a projection.

SUNW looks ready for a haircut! In the best foreseeable cas( with a 50% premium), the stock is worth 88 dollars per share.

GTW with a 50% premium is worth about $45 dollars per share. Evaluated on the same basis as these other stocks, DELL is worth 61 per share now!

So we can conclude on this that SUNW is overpriced by 21 %. GTW is overpriced by 38%.
While DELL is underpriced by 50%.

If you are a momentum trader you will jump into the overpriced issues. If you are a value player you will buy DELL.

Patience is wearing thin among some on the thread who are used to DELL as a momentum stock. When these people capitulate all that will be left are the value investors and the stock will begin its ascent.

So please capitulate and let us get on with business!
