Dan,

This is old news, it was already communicated that a preliminary settlement was reached with the SEC, now it is finalized. I'm pretty sure the investment was already written off, it better be because this asset was impaired a long while ago. The only issue now is the accrual for the fine, I'm not sure if they accrued it at the time of the news release.
